Registration for all Chicago Region PCA events is done online at www.clubregistration.net. You must create a free account at the site before you can register for one of our events.

Once you have created your account and logged in, you can search for events by selecting Chicago Region PCA as the event host.

You can also see our entire event calendar going to the Event Schedule section of our website. There, you can see events by month and also search by event type. Click on an event to display the details.

To register for an event from the event page, click the Register For This Event option within the event page:

Clicking on that option will take you directly to the registration page for the event at clubregistration.net.

If the option is not available on the event page, registration for the event has not opened yet.

Using Promo Codes

Promo Codes are codes that can be used within Clubregistration.net to reduce the amount you need to pay for an event.  An example of a promo code is the award given to winners of the Monday Morning Trivia contest.

To redeem a Promo Code, follow these steps:

Register for the event as usual in Clubregistration.net.  Once you have registered and are on the payment screen, you will see something like this:

Enter your Promo Code where indicated and click the Add Code button to apply the code.  The system will apply the value of the code as shown below:

If you have more than one Promo Code you would like to apply, repeat the process shown above.  An example of that is shown below:

If, after you have entered your promo code, you still have a balance to pay, click the Pay Now button and provide payment information. 

Note, Promo Codes are only valid for a specific amount of time and can only be used once.  Also, there is no refund for any amount remaining on a promo code if the balance for an event is less than the value of the promo code.
