PCA Chicago Region

This year’s Gala will be held on Saturday, December 14th at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa – 1401 Nordic Road, Itasca, IL.

This annual event gives region members the last opportunity of the year to socialize with each other while recognizing the accomplishments of the top finishers in the various event disciplines over the past season. There will be numerous interactive opportunities for everyone to participate, so please join us with friends and come meet new ones.

This year we hired caricature artists who will create Porsche themed caricatures.  As an incentive for early registration, we will issue tickets to the first 80 individuals who register for the Gala.  The ticket qualifies its ticket holder to have their caricature drawn by one of the caricature artists; it should be noted, ONLY ticket holders will be able to have their caricature drawn at the Gala.

Doors will open at 5:00 pm for cocktails and appetizers.

Dinner starts at 7:00 pm with the 2024 Awards Presentation from our President, Dana Comolli. Our main entree will consist of a choice of Filet Mignon with Bordelaise sauce, Slagel Family Farm Herb Marinated Chicken with Lemon or Chilean Sea Bass with Miso.  For those with dietary restrictions, please make note of ANY food allergies and/or dietary restrictions under the 4th option in Club Registration so that alternative options can be made.

We have fabulous raffle prizes this year to meet all interests. Raffle prize tickets are only given to Chicago Region members in good standing and their co-member at the time of raffle ticket printing. You must be present to win!!

The Eaglewood Resort and Spa offers guests many opportunities to relax and enjoy their stay; such amenities include a health and wellness center, bowling alley, pool tables, fitness center and on-premise restaurant and bar.  There are currently 20 rooms set aside at a group rate of $149/night for a Single / Double or $169/night for a Triple / Quad, non-inclusive of taxes.  The hotel will open additional blocks of rooms at the group rate as needed until November 21, 2024, After November 21, 2024, the hotel will accept reservations from attendees at the prevailing hotel rates subject to availability.  Please use this link provided by the hotel to access our group rates:

Please don’t forget, we are collecting toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. They request that the toys not be wrapped and please, no plush toys.
