Now that you own at least one Porsche, perhaps you would like to enjoy its road going capabilities on a driving tour with some of your PCA friends and acquaintances. Driving tours are for people who want to have fun and make new friends.
The Chicago Region currently offers two driving tours per year. One tour is in the springtime and the other is in the fall. The tours are typically two or three days long and they are usually to an interesting destination. Many tour destinations have had an automotive theme but the tours are not limited to points of interest with automotive themes. All of the destinations are fun places!
On any tour where overnight accommodations are required, blocks of discounted hotel rooms are reserved for our members. On many tours, group dinners are arranged so all the attendees can dine together, socialize and make new friends. Some of the tours will be restricted to a certain number of hotel rooms, but PCA members can participate in the tour and dining but must find accommodations on their own. Reservations will be first come, first serve.
Typically there is no charge to participate in the driving tours themselves. Most tours avoid interstate highways when possible. Country (Porsche) roads are always preferred. Some tours may be held in conjunction with other PCA regions.
Got a free weekend? Join in on one of the tours. Exercise your pride and joy and enjoy the countryside.
